Another project in Saudi Arabia, in the city of Al Jubail. This project involved numerous modifications, including: replacing the flare tips; inspecting and applying coatings to the monoseal and the flare tip lifting system; welding supports for the installation of new E&I (electrical and instrumentation) cabling; replacing all E&I cables and junction boxes (JBs); installing new aircraft warning lights; and much more. The flare stack stood 80 meters tall; the monoseal weighed 3 tons, and the flare tip weighed 2.5 tons.
All lifting operations were performed using a crane. The project was completed within 7 working days. This project was carried out in collaboration with www.expertindus.com.
